Yet more crates

Shopping again this morning, for smaller crates intended for DIY materials, spices, medicines in the kitchen and similar items. Also a wine rack. Came home and started to sort a lot of stuff lying around both up and down stairs into the larger crates bought yesterday, including piles of old filing from several dwelling places ago (nearly said several lives, which is what it feels like). Together with our collection of photos and family mementoes, augmented by those inherited from my mother when she passed away in September, and a large amount of reading material, it is now filling one wall of younger cub's bedroom (she is still with her mother in Devon). Old and faded cardboard boxes, advertising the glories of removal firms, can now be disposed of. Younger cub can rest her TV on the pile, and the crates are reasonably dog proof.
